[Konvas] MULTI MEDIA WORKFLOW DIFFER

Very interesting Pierre.

Before a multi media company is commissioned and a contract drawn up there must be a storyline drawn up somewhere, surely. The company was chosen based on previous work and their potential to expand their expertise parameter's for the new project. The film/TV producer who finalised the contract knew exactly how they worked and more importantly methods of working. I think you will find that the commissioning producer would certainly like to take control
And appoint a representative within the company to make sure that the storyboard is followed correctly even if the direction is out of sync. There would be a lot of money at stake here so the accountants would like to see some footage of their work on their desks every Monday morning without fail.  Paying out millions of dollars means ownership and with that means control for the period it takes to do the job. I would be very surprised if a multi media company is left to its own resources without any interference from the commissioning company closely monitoring the progress and breathing down their necks when the schedule is not being followed.

I suppose it all depends on the brief and the importance of the scenes within the script .
