One solution will be finding cameraman with a konvas all ready to help and participate
to this scene.

Maybe you have some living in your area.

Working with few camera could made you saving time if the camera not starting all in the same time...
One great thing to save time it's a shoulder pod this made a camera fast to move with out necessary be a steady cam.
The shoulder pod made by F&B cecco work great with a Konvas.
I saw one for sell made by Arri on ebay last week.
