[Konvas] replace Lomo 7-28-1 optical block with 4-28-1

Hello can anyone tell me if I can remove a Lomo 4-28-1 optical block from an OCT-18 lens and put it into an OCT-19 lens? I want to remove the 7-28-1 optical block from my OCT-19 mounted lens it is defective. Thank You
