 Submissions are being accepted by High Falls Film Festival of shorts made on film by women, to be considered for the KODAK Vision Award, which marries the festival’s mission with Kodak’s commitment to supporting the achievement of women in the industry. Shorts made on film, under 30 minutes in length, are being accepted through September 10. The winner will receive a Kodak motion-picture film grant valued at $2,500.  Kodak is proud to support the Association of Moving Image Archivists (AMIA) and Alamo Drafthouse for their three-day film projection workshop offering expert-led training. The hands-on, educational event will be held August 22-24 in Austin, Texas, at the Alamo South Lamar location. Additional partners include The Film Foundation and Boston Light & Sound.
