Very nice Pierre and very informative. Thankyou for sharing this.

Just shows you what can be done with a big budget. Multi camera set ups with unlimited number of camera types.  And only a storyboard to guide them!  They all seem to think that post production will save the day perhaps that is what modern film production is all about, shoot millions of feet of footage and let the editor sort it out. Fast editing needs a lot of images to play with, hence the multi camera set up's remotely controlled.  They even managed to lose some lenses in the desert.  Kubrick will turn in his grave!

Wonderful stuff and 2 hours long and certainly worth watching. I think he was a "tea boy" at channel "O" Nunnawading Melbourne when I was there in the late 1960's.
