Very nice, I am working on the same thing, but with a very different approach. I search everywhere Apron.

I call that in english "Apron, like the kodak product », but you need 15xApron 2m for making a 100Ft. :

In France we call that « Ruban Gaufré » it’s usual in the 60’s to do that for movie film, and in the 30’s for photo film, this one have longue size in 16mm :

I have the same but very small model (10m), I think it’s for make 8mm movie.

Also you can develop it in caffenol after you need a good system drying system.
