[Konvas] Oil drops or worse?

Hi everybody,

  I've got 50mm round anamorphic lens in excellent cosmetical and
  mechanical condition, but here are numerous lines and dots looking
  like oil drops to me. Some time ago this issue has been discussed
  here, but I want to ask again - is it oil drops or cement
  separation/crystallization as was supposed during past discussion?
  Also, my another supplier thinks that this may be fungus.
  But as to me, they looks like oil drops/patches due to bad packing
  and lot os shaking during transportation, so may be it is worth to
  disassemble and clean it instead of returning it to seller?
