Here are some pics I made of a solution that was posted long ago and that I've tried when I was desperate. (Hastening to add that Raf's adapters are far better, but these will get you going in a difficult situation.) All you need is a pair of the Konvas mini-cores, some cloth camera tape and some wooden matches. Cut off the head of the match of course...
