KMZ is a Russian lens manufacturer in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow.

KMZ Stands for Krasnogorskiy Mekhanicheskiy Zavod, which translated to English means Mechanical Engineering Factory of Krasnogorsk or a shorter version would be Krasnogorsk Mechanical Works.
